The main purpose of this initiative was to migrate the existing loyalty platform of Emirates airlines from the old tech platform to a newer and much-updated one.

As we were doing the migration work, we ran extensive qualitative and quantitative research, and we deep-dived into the existing data with our analytics team. After that, we kicked off multiple workshops with our business stakeholders and IT partners to define the high-level requirements and scope the features of an MVP. The UX/UI work was estimated, tested, validated, and delivered in sprints.
