Created a section in the Emirates app that increases customers engagement, drives awareness, and builds brand equity to ensure that Emirates is always the first choice. Started by setting up the primary and the secondary KPI to measure the success of the new section, then moved to research and insights, discovery phase, wireframing, testing and UI.
